eCommerce Finland has, together with the consumer authorities, released Reliable eCommerce (Luotettavaa toimintaa) Trustmark that aims to inspire reliability in online retailers and consumers. As a member of eCommerce Finland you are entitled to be involved in creating a more responsible e-commerce community.
After applying you will receive a list of requirements that has to be fulfilled to be certified. When you consider your webshop qualified for the certificate, please inform us and we will conduct an audit of your website. After that you will receive the certificate.
